subscribing to the user list

I am trying to resubscribe my regular email address to the user list. 
From the Lilypond website I fill out the form and I get:

 lilypond-user Subscription results

The form is too old. Please GET it again.

I have a subscription using psc...@pima.edu but I really want to use 
waterhorsemu...@aol.com that I have used for a long time that 
subscription has stopped working.
