What kind of documentation do you expect? Admittedly, the description in the Internals Reference https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.25/Documentation/internals/beam_002dinterface is a bit terse... Suggestions to improve the wording are welcome. If you are searching for examples, the LilyPond Wiki is the right place to search (and you can even improve the descriptions by yourself). Werner
