Nope, the positions fit exactly.  I thus believe...

... it's rather a problem of your PDF viewer if it disturbs the eye
too much.  See attached image of `evince` on my GNU/Linux box.
`okular` returns the same rendering.

On the other hand: I agree that accidentals that overlap exactly
should be printed only once.  I can't find an issue in our bug tracker
for this problem, so please open a new issue.
