That command did not return anything in Terminal. I tried this command
instead as an experiment:

> lilypond -dshow-available-fonts 2>&1 | grep -B2 Songti


… and I got several results. The relevant one is

> family Songti SC
>  Songti SC,宋體\-簡,宋体\-简:style=Light,細體,细体


… and then there are a number of results like the following:

> --
> family Gill Sans
>  Gill Sans:style=Regular
> family Songti SC
>  Songti SC,宋體\-簡,宋体\-简:style=Regular,標準體,常规体
> --
> family MT Extra
>  MT Extra:style=Regular
> family Songti TC
>  Songti TC,宋體\-繁,宋体\-繁:style=Regular,標準體,常规体
> --

***N.B. “Songti SC” [Simplified] versus “Songti TC” [Traditional].

I gather that “grep” is searching for the term “Chinese” in the name of a
font family? Alas, I don’t think that any of the fonts that I see in Font
Book has “Chinese” in its name.
