If I interpret your question correctly, you want a normal size note
with a slash through the flag. Just do something like
c4. \once \override Stem #'stroke-style = #"grace" d8 c2
If you also want the other feature of the grace note, namely that
it doesn't influence the rhythm, then you may want to go for
another solution. However, as a musician, I would be very confused
about a full size note that shouldn't be counted rhythmically, so
I guess that's not what you have in mind.
