Dear all, I just built and installed LilyPond 2.7.23 and realized that at some point between 2.6.5 and 2.7.23 there started being a large (two-inch) initial indent before the first line of my score is printed. My page margins are the same as they were before, what is accounting for the new top margin on my first page?
