How can I make a non-music part of my .ly file conditional? For example, suppose I want to add something like
between-system-padding = 0.3 \in
to the \paper{} section, but only if the Scheme variable "partNum" is equal to
0. There doesn't seem to be any way to do it. The #{ ... #} syntax doesn't
work because it parses only music expressions.
