If you want them below the notes, just add another Lyrics:
\lyricsto "eins" \new Lyrics { \text }
\lyricsto "eins" \new Lyrics { \textZwei }
If you want lyrics below the whole music (like in songbooks), you can
use \markup (in a \book, below the \score), but that's very limited -
I use TeX or InDesign for such...
