yes, i thought of that too, but then i would loose so many features of vim-latexsuite like: * recompiling if necessary (aux-file change etc) * quickfix (directly jump to the line where an error occured, based on output of compilation) * forward and reverse search (from vim to xdvi and back again, very cool) Essentially I would like to simply run latex on a file containing lilypond markup. Perhaps since most of the work I do is on the text rather than on the music, i could imagine to only run lilypond when i changed something with the music. how would one do that?
