Interesting to know these informations. I'm searching for a markup (or any other way to put text) attached to the previous score, the score before the markup. Or if you prefer for a score footer, but a footer that can be in the middle of a page, between 2 scores, not necessarily at the bottom of a page.
A markup not attached to any score may be seen as a first step, interesting in several situations.
