Just insert it in a \header block:

\header {
  title= "OneTwo"
  composer= "ML"
}

You might want to read the section 10.2 in the manual, which is -you
won't believe me- entitled: "Titles and headers". Similarly, you may
find useful tips in section 8.1.1 "Text Scripts" and 8.2.2 "Metronome
Marks".
