Depends on your printer and it might call for minor adjustments. But it should be 1:1. Print out a grid and find out. > If I specify that the line-width = 178 mm, is it truly 178 mm? ... I did a test run with a score with linewidth = 155 \mm, and it come out as 155mm plus 1-1.5mm for the choral staff bracket.
