Dear James, Dear Kieren, thanks for Your help. I tried to create a variable, but it didn't work, unfortunately. I tried it with: pcresc = { \setTextCresc \override DynamicTextSpanner #'dash-period = #-1.0 \p \< } Is it possible to do something like this?
