The selected snippet "Isolated percent repeats" at the bottom of this page should give you an idea: http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/Documentation/user/lilypond/Short-repeats.html#Short-repeats. This uses a multi-measure rest with the percent-repeat print function. To get the lyrics aligned, you'll have to use a hidden note in parallel with the percent-repeat rest.
