Okay, I'm testing both "tablature-slide.ly" and
"tablature-harmonic.ly" on OS X 10.5 right now with 2.13.9, and I
cannot reproduce the errors you posted.

However, something is still a little off, but I'm guessing the errors
are silenced due to optimization.  Compare the attached images with
the regression test images on lilypond.org.
