Thank you for your email. 2.12 and 2.13.7 can compile it without any problem. I ever tried a very simple snippet such as:
\version "2.13.11" % the problem came since this version
\Score {
\new Staff { \clef treble \time 2.4 c,2 }
\layout {}
}
and the error still appeared.
