Put the timing information with skips in a separate definition. Combine it
with
the top voice in the score and with each part when doing the parts.
timing = {
\time = 4/4 s1*32 \cadenzaOn s4*7 \cadenzaOff
\time = 3/4 s2.*32
}
parta = { a4 ... \cadenzaOn a4 b4 a4 b4 a4 b4 a4 \cadenzaOff a4 ... }
