I have been using the excellent jazzcombo template by Amelie Zapf, & I am now doing my third fake sheet. So far just a bass staff & chords & annotations above it. The first two, & all the examples in the manuals, put the chords above the staff, where I want them. My third, which I am working on now, puts the chords below the staff for no reason I can spot. I have compared all manual examples I can find & my previous fake sheets but can find no reason for this or a simple way to reverse theis situation.
