You can for example in line 61 :
((,trans-rec pitches) (ly:music-deep-copy ,pattern)))))))
just change the word pitches, by (map event-chord-wrap! pitches)
((,trans-rec (map event-chord-wrap! pitches))
(ly:music-deep-copy ,pattern)))))))
It works for me.
However i don't pretend i understand all the snippet.
