I'm an American user, and the standard paper size here is 8.5x11 inches
("letter size"); I'm not sure I've ever seen a piece of A4 paper in my life. Is
it possible for me to change the default paper size? I've been looking for this
information in the documentation, and maybe I'm just not looking in the right
