I would like to reproduce this layout:

As you can see, there is a well aligned "1 2 3 4" beat count above the
measures. Sometimes an even more useful "1 + 2 + 3 + 4 +" count is used, with
hints on the octave notes, too.
Is there a way to get this with LilyPond?
I thought about using markup on hidden notes, but maybe there is a more
standard way to do it.
