Please note that thanks to my total ignorance in arabic music I did not find how to write the key signature (If anybody can help : http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/arabic-music#arabic-key-signatures). Code is still messy and I'm sure it can be simplified. Lyrics are also pretty tedious to put in... Anyway! I'll let Hosam revue the text. Have fun!
