How can I fix this problem?

Result on «1.pdf»
There is collision between slur of voice "a" and head of note «g».
I would like to make start slur of voice "a" from head of note «b», like on «2.pdf».
How can I make it?
P. S. «\override Slur.control-points» is a wrong way.
