Environment in NAND should be ignored when booting from SDcard

Bug description:
As described in bug 707127, u-boot will still read the environment out
of NAND flash when booting from SDcard which is less than useful since
the saved environment probably doesn't contain the commands required
to boot from the SD.
When booting from SD, u-boot should not be loading the environment out
of NAND by default.
