Hello! Your package showed up in a codesearch for potential users of the long deprecated and now removed Cylinder / Head / Sector adressing and commandline options to sfdisk. With the rewrite of sfdisk included in util-linux 2.26 (as already available in Debian Unstable) these deprecated options where removed (not reimplemented). Please check your package to make sure it still works. If it does not, please upload a fixed version and then report a bug against util-linux requesting a Breaks to be added against your package and also mention the version number of the fixed package, to allow smoothing upgrades.
While at it, please also consult the manpage for additional deprecated commandline switches you might be using which you'll want to drop.
