Bug description:
The python-keyring backend used wants a password to encrypt the
keyring, so if you have an automated job to submit a job using lava-
tool, it will ask for a password. One workaround for this is to
specify the token in the url, but this isn't always desirable since it
could show up in logfiles from ci activities. Another way we could
work around this would be to store the token in a file and specify the
file the same way auth-add does.
