The indexer got updated this month, so we are now using Oneiric OS +
Hwpack combinations.

linaro-fetch-image crashes when it selects a snapshot without a

Bug description:
If linaro-fetch-image[-ui] is asked to create a snapshot and it picks
an OS from http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/ then it will fail,
because currently there are no hardware packs in that build snapshot
repository.
