You have been subscribed to a public bug by Alexander Sack (asac): NascentUpload._matchDDEBs ensures that all DdebBinaryUploadFiles have a corresponding DebBinaryUploadFile. But UdebBinaryUploadFiles can also have ddebs, so it should allow them to match as well.
