General Cbuildv2:
* Audit usage of "local foo=`bar`; if test $?". Change to: "local
foo; foo=`bar`; if test $?".
- This is a known issue and very nefarious.
* Investigate dryrun to use stderr 2>&1?
* Port get_URL, get_source, and find_snapshot to unique behind
<repo>/<branch>@<revision> return type.
