Progress:
 * QEMU-610 [Remove qemu_get_cpu() from hardware models]
  - Big rework of Cortex-A MPCore models. A common class is now used
    and various duplicated code from ARM boards got removed.
    Possible follow-up with QEMU-601 [Implement TYPE_CORTEXR52_PRIV].
