A friend brought my attention to a pirate FM radio station
in Minneapolis/St. Paul at http://www.2000flushes.com --
Looks like threat of federal intervention prompted them to
suspend transmission in the last few hours; nonetheless,
they may well have made broadcasting history by virtue
of their approach.  Visitors to their home page could upload
mp3 files that would immediately enter into their playlist.
Has this been done before?  Is anyone even doing this with
streamed audio on the net?
