Articles about jMax and PD are already planned. I'll probably do the
PD article first, it doesn't get the coverage it deserves, and I'd
really like to get that GEM stuff working with it. Btw, I profiled jMax
in my book.
The suggestion re: the sound API in Java 1.3 is a good one, I'll put
that one on the burner too.
MIDI sequencing is apparently on a lot of minds. Again, my book covers
Jazz++ and KeyKit; however, I've been working a lot with MusE, and it
looks like that program stands a very good chance of becoming a superb
sequencer. I will definitely do something in that area soon.

Btw, I also write for the Linux Journal, so some of my plans include
some more app-specific things, such as a focus article on Ceres3 or
jMax. I'll notify the Linart list when that stuff gets published too.
