Interesting ! It is very nice to see such things. I will re-read carefully the
content.
I think that simple entertainment is somehow
limited. It should not be a waste of time (and money). I like this idea to use
technology to produce something "good" for the society.
Art can awake.

Do you now if it is possible to have several cameras connected to one computer ?
I am probably asking too much ! ;) (and i don't think i can stream
everything into PureData).

There is no rule, it is open at this stage.
Using an electronica soundtrack is a possibilty of a concrete application with
PD, the music and the place can change everthing. That ask for a more accurate
project from me, whereas i don't have one.

PureData can handle external controlers like joystick, mouse, gamepad.
You can read from midiport, that's add a great number of device.
And you can read from audio inputs, so you can use micrphone, etc..

"How does the audience need to be entairtained": this question
could be well considered under the light of the "social technology idea".

Something like relaxation stuff could be a great idea.. I am now thinking to
produce some relaxing 3D visuals and music with PD. :)
