Earwig . They aren't venomous like spider or bee bites. For you older sci-fi fans I seem to recall a "Twilight zone" episode on one that crawled into a guy's head via his ear and was making him crazy as I recall. The punch line was when it came out on its own and they found out it "was" pregnant. Very 1960's black and white TV. hahaha
