Is this more located to northern parts of Lincoln?
At least in my very southwest corner, the water seems ok.
Maybe only some part of the network is affected, what might that be?
Someone must know the layout of sources and reservoirs, and whereto the
pipes run from them.

on town hill does not feed the whole town. Split with Pine Hill?
