MGH in Waltham (across from Costco) was very good for PT.  I used Jean Jonah
who specializes in arm injury.
I used PAGGI in Brookline (Catherine Paggi) for a back injury.  This was also
very good but may be too far for you.
I was surrounded by other patients at Paggi for all aspects of treatment.
MGH had separate treatment rooms but a common work out area.

Multiple booking is a common practice at most outpatient PT clinics.
