Is it possible that it is an ocelot? I know they are rare - especially around here, but the markings can be the same. If it is an African Savanna cat, it may have been too much to care for, or it may have escaped from another town. It looks quite hungry in the video. It will likely come back for more food. I’ll scan the internet for missing exotic cats! There is a rescue for these cats. That might be a good place to begin.
