Though you asked for XC ski spots in Lincoln, ideally, here are a couple
suggestions to add to Tim's ( albeit not all in Lincoln ) :

1.   Minuteman Historical Trail

2.   Flint Fields, off Old Lexington Rd.

3.   Great Brook in Carlisle.

4.   Ogilvie town forest, Weston - from Lincoln you can access Ogilvie from
Stonehedge road
