Hello Lincoln Talk,

School!

There will be "bike trains" departing from various locations around town
each morning. If you are interesting in learning more about meeting up,
please contact the following people:

NORTH OF ROUTE 2 Juliana Delahunty (jrdelahu...@gmail.com)
TRAPELO at PAGE ROAD/WINTER STREET Alex Benik (a...@battery.com)

POLICE STATION Ginger Reiner (ginger.rei...@gmail.com)
TOWER at PIERCE HILL John Mendelson (johntmendel...@gmail.com)

Bike trains will depart at various times depending on location, typically
at about 7:30am. Please contact the people above to get the specifics. If
you are interested in leading a ride train yourself, please reply all to
let us know.

We are also still looking for volunteers to help as crossing guards and to
hand out bracelets - do you have time between 7:20am and 8am any mornings
next week? Please volunteer here:

Students and families are challenged to ditch the car and get to school
under their own power. Bus riders can participate by walking or biking to
the bus stop or around their neighborhood. Get some exercise, avoid some
emissions and have some fun!

Walkers and bikers will collect a different colored bracelet each day.
Collect all 5 colors for a Friday afternoon prize.

Thanks so much and please drive safely!

John
