Hello neighbors - My nephew and his dad need a place to sublet/rent for a month this summer during an athletic program in Brighton.They are looking for 1-2 bedrooms furnished, and Lincoln would be great, but not further out from Boston than Concord. Carriage house, apt, etc all work and shd be separate-ish with a kitchen or kitchenette. I would be so grateful for any leads!
