Hello LT,

I have received two pink slips this season, one for property tax, and yesterday
one for utilities. Neither of the original bills had been delivered to my
mailbox.

In all my years in Lincoln I have never been late on a bill. When I called the
Town Clerk and Town all they had to say is that it is my fault because that had
been sent out. Apparently hundreds of other residents also did not receive
their bills, but I was not on their list so they are unwilling to waive my fees.

It is 2022, why would e mail not me an appropriate solution to this? As a town
who values sustainability, it surprises me we have not switched over to
paperless billing.

Thoughts?

Thank you,

Becca
