All pilots, and others too, know that LiveATC.net (referenced below) is a
wonderful resource.

There is a small Lincoln connection.

Live ATC was created by Dave Pascoe, ham radio call-sign KM3T. After leaving
work for the White House Communications Agency, based in DC, he moved to Six
Willarch Road, Lincoln, for several months -- before finding more permanent
digs for himself.

Subject: Re: [LincolnTalk] Late night helicopter?

On late night helicopters:

Boston MedFlight
<https://www.bostonmedflight.org/medical-helicopter-transport/> operates
helicopters out of Hanscom as well as other airports. The pattern you describe
however doesn't quite sound like a medevac flight.

If anyone is really curious, you can listen to the live Hanscom tower air
traffic control here:

https://www.liveatc.net/hlisten.php?mount=kbed1_twr
<https://www.liveatc.net/hlisten.php?mount=kbed1_twr&icao=kbed> &icao=kbed

(this requires some experience decoding the "phraseology", but if you listen a
little bit you can get the gist of things.)
