Last year, I replaced my artificial Christmas tree with a different model. I would like to sell my original tree for $40 and I will donate the proceeds to the SVdP of Lincoln and Weston Food Pantry. The tree works great and is from a pet and smoke free home. If you have never had an artificial pre-lit tree before, they are on the heavy side and this one comes in 3 pieces with a base. Each year, all you need to do to assemble it is to join the 3 main parts, position it in its stand and plug it in. The on/off switch is located on the plug-in cord. The branches just need slight adjustment. This tree is not terribly wide nor terribly slim. It is very stable and I would estimate that it is 7.5 feet tall. Photo attached shows how it fits in with 9 foot ceilings. The lights are colored or white and controlled by a button on the cord. If you are interested in the tree, please email me at artdecofanli...@yahoo.com. Cash or Venmo. Pick up in Lincoln near the police and fire department.
