Hi Rich, It looks like no one services air-to-water heat pump unless they are ground source. Arctic does not have anyone doing it anymore. It is probably a question of market, people want AC in the US so air to water is not common.
When did you get your ground source system installed? Do you know who did it, Dandelion is the main company for ground source pump systems. Do you think that the cost of a ground water air-to-water pump makes sense? How long do you think it takes to get your money back if compared to a simple propane system.
