If you walk on Conant rd and are threatened on the street by the aggressive dog that lives there, please report it. I have been told by the owner that “I am the only person who triggers her dog”. Animal Control are not able to require the dog to be kept off the street because our town does not have a Leash Law. The police can only deal with it if the dog has bitten someone.
