Jonathan has been tuning our Boston piano to perfection for the past three years. But he went above and beyond on the last tune when he discovered a crack in the sound board. He called his contacts at Steinway on our behalf and, thanks to him, we’re getting a brand new piano per our warranty. Amazing service!
