I am a 26 year resident of Lincoln and a licensed Architect with the internationally prominent architecture firm, Perkins&Will, at their Boston Studio. Over the years I have helped neighbors with regulatory review and drawing submissions for ZBA, Bldg Dept, and Planning Board. I designed and built my own home and went through all the regulatory reviews since the property is less than 2 acres and borders conservation land and wetlands. I am keenly aware of the mission of the various “property and building” boards, so I feel that I can represent and be a professional support to the mandates and interpretive requirements needed when reviewing project proposals that may come before the board.
