Hi- I’m trying help someone who’s run in to a problem that neither he nor I have run in. He’s previously used zoom without any problem. But now when he tries to join a meeting, he gets an error message- “this site can’t be reached” Might anyone know what he needs to do to fix the problem? Thanks Claire
