Years ago, the town hired a consultant, on 2 separate occasions, to delve into that question. Perhaps we could revisit those studies, as a starting point. They might even be available in a searchable digital data base. Otherwise, they should be available at the Planning Board office in Town Hall,
Keep in mind, these studies are 20 years old, but may give some baseline data- a jumping off place. We can course correct for changes in population, market demand, etc… business heads should be able to dive in.
