Thank you all so much! I am overwhelmed with gratitude from the kindness of strangers 💕
In regards to his last whereabouts (lol), i can only be so sure. Maybe 80% sure? But based on the photos I have (one with him and another 7 mins later without him) I can only assume he was left somewhere in that general area. I do believe he could have been picked up by an elderly group that was in that same area when we were and possibly someone forgot they have him? That is my best guess 🤷🏼♀️ But I didn't realize he was missing until about 30 mins after the last photo we took of him. So it could have been anyone / thing. I so appreciate everyone at Decordova being very welcoming and more than supportive here. So thank you Mary! Everyone has been so great. I know my friend Kristin from Haskell was also there today and talked to some folks and said the same thing about everyone being on high alert for Baby Lamb. I also called the preschool and they have my info if he turns up. I can't say thank you enough! ________________________________ From: Mary Balogh <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, October 17, 2023 5:08 PM To: V Saleme <[email protected]> Cc: ٍSarah Postlethwait <[email protected]>; Holly Hazelton <[email protected]>; [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [LincolnTalk] Missing stuffy - last seen at DeCordova Hello! I work at the store and the property is definitely on high alert for this little lamb. I spoke to the dad in person on Sunday, and we do have contact information in case anything turns up. A staff-wide email was sent out today in case one of our peripheral staff happens upon the lost lovey. We're all rooting for this lost friend! Holly, are you sure it was last seen in the vicinity of the otter? The store was not open when I was there, so I’d also suggest calling the store. Good luck!! Shares are also appreciated 🙏🏼 My daughter and I were at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum on Friday, October 13 when we lost her precious lovey that she sleeps with every night since she was born. We believe he was left on the rock wall near the Otter sculpture. Baby lamb is a small, white (grey from wear and tear), stuffed animal about 5in tall and 3 in wide. He has a blue pen mark on his forehead and is very tattered. He goes everywhere with us and is basically a part of our family. We are devastated (little one is being so brave) and as much as I feel like he might be gone forever, I’m still trying to do everything I can to track him down. If you or someone you know was at DeCordova Sculpture Park on Friday, October 13 please share this with them. Praying whoever picked up this old, tattered, dirty, sweet baby lamb finds it in their heart to return him safe and sound. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 With hope, Holly (Mom) and Lily (Kid) -- The LincolnTalk mailing list.
